From application to activation
Every application follows the same documented path, and the status you see when tracking is the same status our account team works from.
Submit the application
Eight sections, saved locally as you type. You receive a reference number on submission.
Review and site survey
We validate feasibility for routed, peering, colocation and transport services at the nominated site or node.
Documents and credit check
Submit the requirements listed opposite. Items marked mandatory are needed before installation.
Approval and provisioning
On written approval we issue the Service Order and execute the CSA, SLA and MCA, then schedule installation and turn-up.
